Doodle Do!

Ok, pens at the ready!

This week's darer is Jo and your challenge is to make a card along any theme, colour, shape, size, etc.
but it must incorporate....

Doodling!

Doodling is a great way to add an individual touch to a card. It could be some simple pen 'stitching' or a hand written greeting or some flowers or swirls or flourishes......
Doodling can be as simple as creating imperfect circles on cardstock as a background, or doodle around an embellishment creating a one of a kind frame. You can doodle flowers and cut them out as embellishments that no one else will have.
You could always print writing or dingbats in a light grey and go over them with pen, or use a pencil to lightly mark out your design before going over it, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake as doodles are all individual and are not meant to be perfect.

That's it! Have fun everyone!

To give you some inspiration, here are the creations from the Design Team...

Saffa's Card

Jane’s Card
Debbie's Card

Tracie's Cards

Keryn's Cards

Rhi's Card

Kel's Cards

Kathy's Cards

Lythan's Cards

Jo's Cards

There are two ways to show us your creations;

1. Leave a message on the blog and we'll come and look. We'll also add a link to the sidebar to make it easy for readers to visit your site and see what you've been up to.

2. We also have a gallery ready and waiting for non-blogger's cards. Just email your pictures to daringcardmakers@hotmail.co.uk and as soon as they've been OK'd they'll appear on the gallery. Please remember to add your name, the dare your card is for and your website info if you have one. If you can tell us how you came across The Daring Cardmakers that would be great too.
Thank you to everyone who shares their cards with us, they are all amazing and we really do appreciate the work you all put into each and every dare that we do.

Stunning cards ladies & oohhh an easy one. I am away most of the weekend & although I can update my blog, I won't have access to craft bits. Hopefully should have this one done by this evening.
I love a doodle...

Absolutely fabulous cards girls (as per usual) - some great inspiration too! This is a great dare for me cos I'm not that great at doodling (at the mo). But like they say, practice, practice, practice... Many moons ago I actually did 'A' Level Art but now I'm rubbish at drawing and painting. It's a case of use it or lose it - like languages too if you don't practice, you forget. I might actually unsurface my arty-side again... you never know!

What beautiful doodley cards! You are all so talented and creative. I have uploaded a card I drew up. It's fun to do this - will maybe think of something else to doodle this week and will let you know :-)

Great cards yet again everyone. I'll try and get one done this week though I've got to give priority to stripping the stupid hall as decorator coming next Monday and ended up working my day and a half holiday I had planned as stripping days last week.

Stunning cards!

I love doodling, but I've never made an entirely doodled card so I used this challenge to do just that. Mine is posted now, http://www.scribblesnscrappin.blogspot.com
